Q1: I do not live in the United States. Can I play the DVD in the RAW Digital Workflow package in my country?
A1: Certainly! The DVD is not restricted to any country or region in the world.

Q2: I have a PC. Are the CDs and DVDs in your packages compatible with my computer?
A2: Yes! The CDs and DVDs in all our packages can be read by both PCs and Macs. The video files on the DVD may be played with common PC and Mac software. The e-book files on the CDs are in Adobe PDF (Portable Document File) format and are readily viewable with the free Adobe Reader, downloadable here from www.adobe.com.

Q3: I just want to download your courses and not wait for delivery. How can I do that?
A3: Due to the sizes of the files involved in our courses, download is not given as an alternative to delivery of physical media. Physical media also allows us to provide extras, such as trial versions of Capture One and iView Media Pro software tools used by Byron.

Q4: How long will it take for my courses to arrive?
A4: Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for delivery, especially if you live outside the United States.

Q5: What shipping methods are available?
A5: We ship via United States Postal Service with their First Class Parcel service. We feel that this provides the best cost/benefit method of shipping, and allows us not to have to raise our shipping charges.
